The maximum level of fatigue a superstar can handle is 10. If your have more then that you may want to use the R&R thread, where you may rest your superstar.
When your level is 1-3 your good and you can go on a little while. 4-6 might want to use some R&R 7-8 Use R&R and try to get an easy match 9-10 depending on the match and what happened your officially injured.
Singles match: .5 (losing is another .5 and depending on what happened we will add more if needed No DQ Match: 1.0 Ladder Match: 1.5 Hardcore Match: 2.0 Table Match: 2.0 Steel Cage Match: 2.0 TLC Match: 2.5 Texas Bull Rope Match: 2.5 Last Man Standing Match: 3.0 First Blood Match: 3.5 Backstage Brawl Match: 3.5 Strecher/Last Ride Match: 4.0 Hell in A Cell: 4.5 I Quit Match: 5.0
(staff or superstars have anymore then just tell me and ill add em or add em yourself)

You can delete my post when your done if you want, but I think losing a match should add a little more because you were the one beat(only the guy beaten in a multi man match would apply) So another .5 on top of your match if you lose should work.
Plus sometimes two characters get into fights or some other strainous activity that should factor in the fatigue to keep the sense of realism you got going here. There would be at staffs discretion of course.
